This contemporary take on comfort and style was a roof landscape project that came together with an amalgamation of geometry, neutrality and a keen focus on aesthetics. Keeping the natural lighting in mind, we played with the flooring design as well as some water elements to induce the sense of serenity that is reminiscent of Santorini and the Greek Islands. Wooden elements that came through in the furniture interspersed with the triangular tile we added to the feature wall to really bring out the mindfulness that we dedicated to form and design. An existing pergola was painted white and other key pieces of furniture were placed strategically to create a feeling of calmness. A main feature of this terrace was the outdoor dining area, which was characterized by our client’s culinary love. We tied together this beautiful, serene space with artistic water features, plants and cushions.
