The company aimed to create an enjoyable and interactive environment for its employees. This led us to design a flexible layout with vibrant colors. The extensive presence of bright colors in the composition of the space was harmonized through the conscious use of natural texture and the rhythmic appearance of foliage. Additionally, we symbolically represented the company’s tech-focused identity by incorporating a grid pattern throughout the design. This grid pattern was explored in various scales, materials, and colors to seamlessly integrate with each area.In the reception area, we addressed the presence of a large column at the entrance by wrapping it with an intriguing grid form that extends across the reception desk.The free floor plan of the workstation is juxtaposed with the CEO’s vibrant yellow cubicle, which helps create an approachable and inviting atmosphere in the room. To achieve a balanced composition, we implemented a systematic color-blocking technique using red shelving. We carefully selected materials and colors to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing design.A creative manipulation has made the column appear as a design element, connecting it to the overarching concept through its color and material. A wooden grid panel is sandwiched between two green polished MS columns, this interplay of color and material relishes a new character in the workstation area which is further enhanced through the wall feature. The wall feature respects the language of the space composing a grid form with an inspirational quote.We have effectively converted the company’s workspace into an engaging and interactive atmosphere with our well-considered design decisions. The use of form, color, and texture has played a significant role in creating a distinctive ambiance that aligns perfectly with their technology-focused approach and emphasis on collaborative work.
