For this project, we were given an outdoor space to work on with a vision to create the perfect space for entertaining, unwinding and dining. We aimed to create a fun, bold, well spaced out terrace area and played with a lot of forms and circular walls to create a unique combination of bold and restful. With a dulled out terracotta background, we brought the space to life through the contrast of white walls, with benches placed strategically along them to promote a sense of closeness, further illuminated by white marble table tops. Using a juxtaposition between grey, white and brick, we strategically placed concrete spheres in the area to add just the perfect amount of aesthetic confidence. A wooden separator ensures the privacy of the terrace area, while a wooden canopy sits above a homely dining table and a patterned flooring area, bringing an emboldened contrast to the curvilinear flooring patterns along the sides of the terrace. To infuse the perfect amount of freshness and contrast, we added significant plants that brought out the tones of grey, white and brick, creating a vision that is completely unique and yet entirely pleasing to be in.
