Safa Residence

Safa Residence, the home of a young couple tucked within the historic neighborhood of Jumeirah, presents a canvas of nostalgic, old-school architecture complemented by a minimalist and tranquil interior that harmonizes with the area’s architectural character.
A soothing ambiance is cultivated through a thoughtful combination of neutral hues, natural wooden textures, soft curves, and an uncluttered spatial layout. In the entryway, a wooden console with a beige toned marble top is intentionally contrasted with a quirky painting and a bold yellow carpet, infusing the space with personality and charm.
The lounge serves as the pinnacle of serenity, featuring a carefully curated palette of white and crème upholstery, accented by dark polished wood and anchored by a soft grey carpet in neutral tones. The consistent use of gentle curves—visible in the coffee table’s bulky, rounded legs, the dining table’s smooth edges, and the chairs’ sculpted forms—further reinforces the soft, subdued aesthetic throughout the space.
Safa Residence marks our third offshore project and a meaningful milestone for our team, as it allowed us to experiment with a completely neutral palette for the first time. The process challenged and inspired us, ultimately resulting in a space that reflects both a fresh design direction and our evolving creative ethos.
